who we are
“Success is not the key to happiness, happiness is the key to success!”
– Albert Schweitzer –
mission
Currently Sports Science and Medicine in a professional Football setup is still subject to dogmas and some lack of available information, leading often to uncontested clinical practices based on individual perception, experimentalism and anecdotal evidence, rather than resulting in objective and scientific rationale. We believe that much should be improved regarding the sharing of the sports knowledge, especially among elite football teams professionals, reason why we decided to develop this project. Its main aim is to share our daily work, academic activities and most updated evidence regarding Sports Science and Sports Medicine, promoting the interchange of information between sports and medical professionals currently working or passionate by Football, addressing various contents related to medical, rehabilitation, fitness, injury prevention and nutrition.
